This will take you to a page where you can add or remove items from your shopping cart and continue to the check out page.
Payment - Baby Boots Australia is a 'Verified by Visa' site
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. All transactions are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars).
Payment via Paypal, Cheques and Money Orders or Direct Deposits are also accepted. Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipping next business day in most instances.
Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are available in AUD$25, AUD$50, AUD$75, AUD$100 or AUD$150 dollar amounts. Once purchased, Gift Vouchers are delivered via australia post or email with a voucher code printed on the voucher. To redeem the voucher, enter the code when checking out. Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non refundable.
Delivery Times
Unlike many other websites which may take up to 4 weeks to ship orders, we ship most orders within the NEXT BUSINESS DAY thanks to our 'Always in Stock' policy. All orders are shipped via Australia Post parcels, for 2-4 Day delivery or via Australia Post Express, for 1 to 2 day delivery to most locations throughout Australia. Returns
Unworn* shoes or socks may be returned with their original packaging for any reason for a full refund or exchange^ within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

When we receive your return, we will either credit your account for the full amount, excluding shipping, or send out your exchange.
If you are in a hurry for an exchange and don't want to wait for us to receive your original purchase, just submit a new order at www.babyboots.com.au and then we will credit your original order, excluding shipping, once received within 30 days of purchase.
If you have a faulty pair of shoes or socks please send them back to the address above and we will very happily exchange them or refund your money, including shipping, once we have received the faulty shoes or socks.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
*Shoes may be tried on for sizing only.
^Baby Boots Australia will happily pay for return shipping if the item is faulty. If the item is not faulty, the Customer will need to pay for the return shipping.
Please note: Baby Boots Australia is unable to accept returns for Factory Second items for any purpose other than for an incorrect size.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as we receive your order we will send you an email with a detailed Order Summary. During each stage of order processing, we will contact you via email explaining the current status of your order.
