Unworn* shoes or socks may be returned with their original packaging for any reason for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

When we receive your return, we will either credit your account for the full amount excluding shipping, or send out your exchange.
If you are in a hurry for an exchange and don't want to wait for us to receive your original purchase, just submit a new order at www.babyboots.com.au and then we will credit your original order once received within 30 days of purchase.
*Shoes may be tried on for sizing only.
