| Q. Is it possible to disable the Squeaker? |

A. Love the shoes but planning a trip to a quiet place? No problem, the squeak can easily be temporarily or permanently disabled in either one or both squeaky shoes and you will still have a gorgeous pair of shoes for your toddler to run about in.
To temporarily disable – stick a small piece of plaster tape over the squeaker of the shoe. This can then easily be removed when you would like to reactivate the squeak.
To permanently disable – put something permanent into the squeaker in the heel of the shoe. Many things will work such as dropping in some super glue or pushing in a small piece of blue tac or plasticine. Alternatively, use a small pointy instrument such as a fork tine to bend the reed inside the squeaker located in the heel of the sole.
All our squeaky shoes come with the squeaker permanently glued into the heel to ensure they are safe for your toddler to wear.

A. Unworn* shoes or socks may be returned with their original packaging for any reason for a full refund or exchange^ within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

When we receive your return, we will either credit your account for the full amount excluding shipping, or send out your exchange.
If you are in a hurry for an exchange and don't want to wait for us to receive your original purchase, just submit a new order at www.babyboots.com.au and then we will credit your original order, excluding shipping, once received within 30 days of purchase.
If you have a faulty pair of shoes or socks please send them back to the address above and we will very happily exchange them or refund your money, including shipping, once we have received the faulty shoes or socks.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
*Shoes may be tried on for sizing only.
^Baby Boots Australia will happily pay for return shipping if the item is faulty. If the item is not faulty, the Customer will need to pay for the return shipping.

Our 30 Day Guarantee means if you purchase a product from Baby Boots Australia and it is the wrong size or you are not satisfied with the product then you may return it within 30 days from the date of the invoice for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). | Q. How do I know what size Baby Shoes to buy? |

A. Place your babys' feet on a sheet of paper and mark your babys' feet from heel to toe while he or she is standing with toes flat. Measure the length between the markings. Then see our sizing chart guide. Make sure you work with the greater length.
We recommend measuring your Baby's feet in the afternoon as feet will have their largest length and width after a day of activity. The 1/2” recommended for wiggle room is already built into our sizing charts. |
