Unfortunately Bobux are no longer supplying their baby shoes and socks to us. Instead we will be replacing them with new brands that offer similar products. We now have Bonds Baby Socks, Jack and Lily Soft Soled Baby Shoes and Squeaky Baby Shoes which squeak everytime your Baby takes a step! We are introducing new brands and styles all the time. |

Is it possible to disable the Squeaker? |

Love the shoes but planning a trip to a quiet place? No problem, the squeak can easily be temporarily or permanently disabled in either one or both squeaky shoes and you will still have a gorgeous pair of shoes for your toddler to run about in.
To temporarily disable - stick a small piece of plaster tape over the squeaker of the shoe. This can then easily be removed when you would like to reactivate the squeak.
To permanently disable - simily remove the squeaker located in the heel of the sole.
For half the squeaky fun try disabling the squeaker in just one shoe! |

How do I know what size Baby Shoes to buy? |

Place your babys' feet on a sheet of paper and mark your babys' feet from heel to toe while he or she is standing with toes flat. Measure the length between the markings. Then see our sizing chart guide. Make sure you work with the greater length.
We recommend measuring your Baby's feet in the afternoon as feet will have their largest length and width after a day of activity. The 1/2" recommended for wiggle room is already built into our sizing charts. |

What's the difference between Jack and Lily Baby Shoes and other Brands like Bobux and Robeez? |

There are no real differences. Jack and Lily, Bobux and Robeez are all made with soft natural leather uppers, suede soles and have an elaticized ankle. |

How do I look after and clean my Baby's Shoes? |
| A: |
Smooth leather moccasins or rubber-soled Shoes can be surface cleaned and treated with any standard leather cleaning or protective product.
Suede moccasins look and feel best when left unwashed, but for those occasions where washing is necessary, they can be hand washed in cool water, or in the machine on delicate cycle with cold water using extremely mild soap. We recommend hand washing, using a soft brush to scrub the leather. It is best to use detergents made especially for sheepskin or leather that will not strip away the natural oils, or a high quality moisturizing hair shampoo. Using a harsh soap will dry the suede and damage it. Do not mix in any other clothing as the dyes may bleed. Air dry. The shoes may feel a little stiff at first, but should become soft again with wear. The colors will fade with washing. |

Unworn* shoes or socks may be returned with their original packaging for any reason for a full refund or exchange^ within 30 days from the date of purchase to:

When we receive your return, we will either credit your account for the full amount excluding shipping, or send out your exchange.

If you have a faulty pair of shoes or socks please send them back to the address above and we will very happily exchange them or refund your money, including shipping, once we have received the faulty shoes or socks.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
